You grant Forever Montage a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, reproduce, modify, and display your uploaded content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve, and support the services you request.

3. Accuracy of Information

Forever Montage provides tools that allow users to enter names, dates, photographs, obituary information, service information, and other memorial content. Users are responsible for reviewing their information carefully before ordering, downloading, printing, or distributing a memorial product. Forever Montage is not responsible for errors in information supplied by a user.

4. Third-Party Services

Forever Montage may use third-party service providers to provide certain functions, including hosting, payment processing, cloud storage, email delivery, analytics, customer support, image processing, and other technical services. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
